How we handle your data.

1. Who we are

Nomad Arena SRL (“Nomad Arena”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything related to privacy at hello@nomadarena.com.

2. What we collect

We only collect what we need to reply to you and to keep the website secure:

• When you contact us — through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company (optional), the services you’re interested in, an estimated budget (optional) and your message.
• When you visit the website — our web server records standard technical logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type (user agent), referring page and the response status.

We don’t ask for special categories of data. Please don’t include sensitive information in your message.

3. Why and on what basis

• Answering your enquiry and preparing a proposal — to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Keeping the website secure and reliable — detecting abuse and fixing errors, based on our legitimate interest in operating a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We never sell your data and never use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How long we keep it

• Enquiries — for as long as needed to handle your request, and up to 24 months afterwards unless we enter into a contract with you (then contractual and legal retention periods apply).
• Server logs — automatically deleted after 14 days.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business — such as our hosting and email providers — under agreements that oblige them to protect it and use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where the law requires it. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies & tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology. All fonts and assets are served from our own server, so visiting the site doesn’t send your data to third parties.

7. Security

The website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS connections from an isolated, hardened environment. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nomadarena.com — we’ll respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
